Product Return Policy:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, SilverFox products come with a 14-day return policy, which starts from the moment the product is received by the customer.

 

In case of any returns, please contact info[at]silverfoxcontrollers.com. ​

 

There is no right of return if the device has been modified or damaged. The return policy does not apply it the device is manufactured according to specific customer wishes and clearly differs from the standard products, mechanically or digitally provided by SilverFox. ​
